Features
Everything your floor plans need
One tool to draw, fill in, publish and connect your plans to your systems.
-
Plan editor
Import an architect's DXF, a PDF or an image, calibrate the scale and draw your locations. Layers, serial numbering, aligned copies, undoable history.
-
Real-time statuses
Available, on hold, booked, sold: every change shows up instantly on every screen, from the back office to the public viewer.
-
Public viewer
Search, status filters, sortable list, route to the booth, several maps, PDF printing and offline access.
-
Records and bookings
Attach exhibitors, tenants or lots to their locations, import them from CSV and receive booking requests from visitors.
-
3D and map views
Switch the plan to 3D or lay it on a real map: visitors find their way in the hall just as on site.
-
API and webhooks
Documented REST API, per-client keys and signed webhooks: your tools stay in sync with your plans.
-
Security and permissions
Two-factor authentication, fine-grained permissions per person and project, activity log and strictly separated data for each client.
-
Multilingual
Translatable texts, records and legends: the viewer speaks each visitor’s language.
How it works
From raw drawing to published plan in three steps
-
01
Import your plan
Drop a DXF, a PDF or an image. DXF booths are recognised and numbered, and the scale is already set.
-
02
Draw and fill in
Adjust locations, pick their types and statuses, attach your exhibitors’ or lots’ records.
-
03
Publish and embed
Create a public link or embed the viewer on your website; every change appears there instantly.
Try it
One plan, many ways to read it
Filter by status, search a booth or follow the route from the entrance: this is what your visitors will see.
Use cases
Built for every place with many locations
-
Trade shows, conferences and festivals
Halls, booths, rooms and catering; exhibitor records, sales statuses and visitor routes.
-
Buildings and offices
Floors, meeting rooms and desks, with records and booking requests.
-
Real estate
Housing developments and new builds: available, on-hold or sold lots, visible to prospects in real time.
-
Sites and campuses
Campsites, museums, hospitals or car parks: the plan laid on a real map, with points of interest and routes.
Integration
On your website in one line
Paste the script, pick the project: the viewer fits your page and sends you clicks and hovers on booths as events.
- JavaScript SDK with events and commands
- Adjustable colours, language and displayed maps
- Allowed websites and token-protected private plans
- REST API and webhooks for your tools

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which plan formats can I import?
An architect's DXF (booths and their numbers are recognised, the scale is set automatically), a PDF or an image. You can also draw on a blank grid.
Do I need a developer to embed the viewer?
No: a public link is enough, or one line of script pasted into your website. Developers also get an SDK, a REST API and webhooks.
Is my data kept apart from other clients’ data?
Yes: each client's data is kept strictly separate from other clients'. Access is protected by password, two-factor authentication and permissions per person and project.
Does the viewer work on mobile?
Yes: it adapts to phones and tablets, and the public plan can even be viewed offline.
Can visitors book a location?
Visitors send a booking request from the viewer; your team accepts or refuses it and the location status follows. No payment is taken on the plans.
